be twice the man/woman (that) sb is 比某人更好(更強)：He's～the man (that) you are. 他比你強得多。
be twice over 不只一次，而是兩次：It was stupid of you not to have taken measurements first. You've bought enough to cover the walls～over. 你事先也不量一下，真夠蠢的。你買回的壁紙足以把墻貼上兩層。
