△Lr.4.6.137 (133): “Let me wipe it first,it smells of mortali-ty.”先讓我擦一下，那上面有凡人的臭味。
2. death,deadliness死亡，致命性。
△H.V.4.3.107:“Killing in relapse of mortality.”i.e.?Killing otherseven when they themselves are falling back in deathto the earth;
?killing others by a deadly rebound. 雖已命歸黃土仍能把人殺死；（又解）憑著致命的彈回把人殺死。
△1H.VI.4.5.32: “Here,on my knee,I begmortality / Rather than life preserved with infamy.”我在這里跪下、請求戰(zhàn)死，也不愿帶著臭名保全性命。
