巴黎統(tǒng)籌委員會（巴統(tǒng)）COCOM—Coordinating Committee (for Control of strategic materials and equipment to communist countries) (1949年11月在美國提議下成立的對社會主義國家實行封鎖禁運的國際組織，設(shè)在巴黎。1994年底正式解散，1996年又以“瓦森納安排Wassenaar Arrangement名義進行活動，總部設(shè)在維也納。中國分別于2004年和2005年與“安排”舉行了兩輪對話。)
